This Privacy Policy explains how Top Artists 4 U LLC ("Basic Agreements," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Basic Agreements™ website and application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain personal information and agreement records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Because signed agreements may need to be referenced later, we may retain completed agreements and their audit data for up to seven (7) years after completion, unless you request earlier deletion and we are not legally required to keep them.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
